Naumov Law was founded in March 2019 to provide legal assistance in the areas of law in which the team have over a decade of experience.

Our specialist areas are domestic and international public procurement – including public procurement conducted under the PRAG rules and the rules of international financial institutions – public-private partnership and concessions. We also provide legal assistance in other areas, primarily criminal law and civil law.

We have acquired comprehensive experience whilst working in the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the First Basic Court and the Higher Court in Belgrade, and have been honing our knowledge and skills in continuing competence courses at universities in Serbia and abroad.
