Rastko R. Naumov

Founder

Rastko Naumov is the founder of and principal of Naumov Law. He advises Serbian and foreign clients on matters concerning public procurement, concessions and public-private partnership, criminal law and civil law.

Rastko graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He obtained a master’s degree in public procurement management from Tor Vergata University of Rome as a bursar of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

He has worked at the First Municipal Court in Belgrade, District (later, Higher) Court in Belgrade and the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

In March 2019, he started practising as an independent solicitor.

Filip M. Vladisavljević

Filip Vladisavljević provides legal advice on matters concerning criminal law, civil law and public procurement. Having completed post-graduate specialist studies at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, he acquired the title of specialist in the field of fight against terrorism, organised crime and corruption. He completed his master’s studies, the criminal law module, showing particular interest in criminology. He has written several scientific and expert papers in this field. He began to practise law in the District (later, Higher) Court in Belgrade and was a secretary in the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2015.

Branimir Blagojević

Branimir Blagojević provides legal advice on matters concerning public procurement, concessions and public-private partnership. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, Branimir received a bursary from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and obtained a master’s degree in public procurement management from Tor Vergata University of Rome. He has acquired a wealth of experience in the field of public procurement whilst working in the National Bank of Serbia and Public Procurement Administration, and as a member of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. He was a member of the negotiating group in Serbia’s EU accession negotiations concerning Chapter 5 on public procurement, public-private partnership and concessions. He became a member of the Bar Association in 2020.

Milan Parivodić, PhD

Milan Parivodić, PhD provides legal advice on matters concerning foreign investment, mining, energy, telecommunications and environmental protection. Milan is one of Serbia’s leading experts on foreign investment, commercial law and financial law. He was awarded a master’s degree with honours from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade after successfully defending the thesis ‘Exclusive Distribution Contracts’, and the LLM in commercial law and financial law from University College London. He was awarded a PhD degree with honours from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. His doctoral thesis was ‘Franchise Agreements’. He was a lecturer in civil law and property law at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade for over a decade. He has been registered with the Bar Association since 2004.
